Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency care to students/staff.
• Maintain students’ medical records and health files.
• Administer prescribed medications as per doctor’s instructions.
• Monitor health conditions of students during school hours.
• Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the infirmary.
• Update parents and management about any health concerns.
• Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with hospitals when needed.
• Ensure availability of essential medical supplies.
• Support health awareness programs, camps, and events.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM / Registered Nurse.
• Valid Nursing License.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience (School experience preferred).
• Knowledge of first aid and emergency response.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Compassionate and caring nature.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge for record keeping.

Work Hours: As per school schedule / shift timings.

Location: School campus / organization premises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
