Staff Nurse

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

• - Assessing patients' health conditions and creating individualized care plans
• - Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• - Monitoring vital signs and documenting patient progress
• - Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• - Educating patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
• - Assisting in medical procedures and surgeries
• - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• - Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and safe environment
• - Responding to emergencies and providing immediate medical attention
• - Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to enhance

knowledge and skills Requirements:

• - Valid nursing license and registration
• - Proven Minimum 1 Year experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role
• - Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• - Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
• - Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• - Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• - Compassionate and empathetic nature
