Staff Nurse

Job title:

· Senior nurse and staff nurse.

Educational qualification:

· Staff nurse- diploma in general nursing and midwifery or B.sc in nursing and ANM.

Work experience:

· Freshers and experienced.

Remuneration:

· Senior nurse- rs. 35,000.

· Staff nurse 14,000 for freshers, and experienced can negotiate.

Shifts:

· Rotational shifts including night shifts.

Facilities:

· Hostel and food or travel expense will be provided will be provided on the requirement of the candidate.

Languages known:

· Tamil and English are mandatory.

Roles and responsibilities:

· Recording patient vital signs and medical information.

· Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.

· Monitoring patient’s condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

· Observing and interpreting patient’s symptoms and communicating them to physicians

· Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.

· Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Maintaining log book, pharmacy, medicalrep chart, drug delivery, drug indent, and nurses notes, Waste management registry.
