Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to support healthcare delivery at our Occupational Health Centres (OHC) located within corporate client premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing medicines and medical equipment, and supporting day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and manage patient medical records.
• Dispense medications as per doctor’s prescription.
• Monitor, track, and manage medicine inventory to ensure availability.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and audits to ensure all medical devices are functional.
• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance during emergencies.
• Support routine clinical activities and ensure smooth functioning of the OHC.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
• Experience: Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare centers with strong patient-care orientation
• Skills:
• Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, and local regional languages
• Strong patient-handling and clinical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with previous clinical experience in occupational health, emergency care, or industrial healthcare setups.
