  • Perform rapid triage, assess patient condition, and prioritize care in casualty and MICU.
  • Provide immediate emergency care including CPR, airway management, trauma care, and stabilization.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, oxygen therapy, and emergency drugs as per doctor’s orders.
  • Assist in procedures such as intubation, catheterization, wound care, and emergency resuscitation.
  • Operate and monitor critical care equipment such as ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.
  • Continuously monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and treatment response and document all findings accurately.
  • Report any critical changes in patient condition to doctors immediately.
  • Coordinate with doctors, RMO, and healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient management.
  • Communicate clearly with patient attendants regarding patient condition and hospital protocols.
  • Ensure proper infection control measures and safe biomedical waste handling at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and readiness of equipment and emergency trolley.
  • Support patient comfort, hygiene, positioning, and mobility as required.
  • Manage and maintain drug inventory, emergency drugs, and MICU/casualty supplies.
  • Perform patient admissions, transfers, and shift handovers with complete and clear communication.
  • Participate in training programs, drills, and follow hospital policies, protocols, and NABH standards.

Job Specification

  • Experience in MICU/ CASUALITY IS MANDATORY
  • MINIMUM 2-3 Year experience is mandatory
  • BSC/GNM is graduates are eligible
