Staff Nurse

• Direct patient care: Perform duties such as bathing, feeding, and assisting with personal hygiene for patients.
• Monitoring and documentation: Take and record vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and accurately document all observations and care provided.
• Medication and treatments: Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assisting procedures: Help doctors and senior nursing staff during medical procedures and treatments.
• Patient and family education: Explain health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care to patients and their families.
• Maintaining a safe environment: Ensure the ward is clean and safe, and adhere to all infection control policies.
• Team collaboration: Work with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver patient care.
• Admission and discharge: Assist with the admission and discharge procedures for patients.
