Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Care Assess patients’ condition and record medical history. Monitor vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SPO₂, etc.). Provide basic and advanced nursing care as per protocols. Assist in daily activities of patients (hygiene, mobility, feeding, etc.). Educate patients and relatives about treatment, medication, and follow-up care. 2. Medication & Treatment Administer medicines as prescribed by the doctor. Maintain proper drug charts and dosage timings. Ensure proper equipment handling (infusion pumps, monitors, oxygen devices, etc.). Prepare and assist doctors during procedures. 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient records. Update shift handover reports. Ensure proper documentation of incidents, consents, and treatment procedures. 4. Infection Control & Safety Follow hospital infection control protocols strictly. Ensure proper sanitization, PPE usage, and waste disposal. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient area. 5. Coordination Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and hospital staff for smooth patient care. Inform doctors immediately about any change in patient condition. Support administrative tasks when required. 6. Emergency Management Respond promptly to medical emergencies (Code Blue, trauma, etc.). Perform CPR and assist in emergency procedures. Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and supplies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
