· Document all care provided, including treatments, medications, and patient responses.
· Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
· Respond quickly and efficiently to medical emergencies.
· Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and response to treatments.
· Report any changes in patients' conditions.
· Stay current with the latest nursing practices and medical advancements.
· Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/ General Nursing and Midwifery or a related field preferred.
· Current RN license in good standing.
· Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
· Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting.
