Department: Nursing ServicesReporting To: Nursing Superintendent / Nursing In-ChargeLocation: Kaddam Multispeciality Hospital, BhiwaniKey Responsibilities1. Patient Care
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in wards, ICU, emergency, and other assigned areas.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition regularly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as per physician’s orders.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
- Ensure timely response to patient needs and maintain patient comfort and safety.
2. Clinical Procedures
- Perform nursing procedures such as catheterization, NG tube insertion, dressing, wound care, nebulization, oxygen administration, etc.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgery, and post-procedure care.
- Handle medical equipment like monitors, infusion pumps, suction machines, etc.
3. Documentation & Records
- Maintain accurate and updated nursing notes, medication charts, observations, and reports.
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
- Document incidents, patient progress, and treatments as per hospital and NABH standards.
4. Infection Control & Safety
- Follow all hospital infection control protocols, including hand hygiene and PPE usage.
- Ensure safe disposal of biomedical waste as per norms.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas and nursing stations.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with doctors, RMOs, technicians, and other staff for smooth patient management.
- Communicate effectively with patient families regarding care, instructions, and updates.
- Report any critical changes in patient condition immediately to the concerned doctor.
6. Professional Conduct
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold nursing ethics.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a patient-focused approach.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong clinical nursing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
- Knowledge of NABH protocols (preferred)
- Compassionate and service-oriented attitude
Work Schedule
- Rotational duties including day, evening, night, and emergency shifts as per hospital roster.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in ICU, emergency, OT, or multispeciality hospital is an added advantage.
Salary
- As per hospital norms and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
