Staff Nurse

We are looking for skilled and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team. Candidates with ANM, GNM, or BSc Nursing qualifications are welcome to apply. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality patient care and supporting smooth clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and facility protocols
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms, progress, and vital signs
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in patient records (EHR)
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Participate in unit meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives
• Promote a positive and professional work environment

Qualifications

• ANM, GNM, or BSc Nursing (Required)
• Valid nursing registration/certificate with the appropriate council (State Nursing Council/INC)
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Strong communication, clinical, and problem-solving skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
