Staff Nurse

Job Opening: Staff Nurse – Multispeciality Hospital (Full-Time)
Location: Vishrantwadi, Pune
Shifts: Morning / Evening / Night (Rotational)

Kasturba Speciality Hospital (MMKR Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) is a multispeciality healthcare center committed to delivering quality and ethical medical services. We are expanding our nursing team and inviting applications from qualified ANM, GNM, and B.Sc Nurses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to IPD/OPD patients.
• Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and maintain accurate records.
• Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and treatments as per doctor’s orders.
• Assist in patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort care.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth handover at shift change.

ICU Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor critically ill patients under supervision.
• Handle ventilators, monitors, emergency equipment, and IV lines (training will be provided if needed).
• Maintain strict infection control and ICU protocols.
• Respond promptly during emergencies.

OT Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operative procedures.
• Prepare OT instruments, equipment, and maintain sterile fields.
• Follow all OT safety and sterility guidelines strictly.
• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.

Requirements

• Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing (with valid Nursing Council registration).
• Experience in Ward, ICU, or OT is preferred; freshers are welcome.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).
• Good communication skills and a patient-centric attitude.
• Must be disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team.

Shift Timings

• Morning: 8 AM – 3 PM
• Evening: 2 PM – 9 PM
• Night: 8PM – 8 AM
