Staff Nurse

Overview: Provide direct, high-quality patient care and execute medical orders within a healthcare facility, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities: * Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. * Medication/Treatment: Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. * Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vital signs and conditions, reporting changes promptly. * Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and patient charts. * Collaboration: Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and family members. Qualifications: * Education: Diploma/Degree (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing) from an accredited institution. * Skills: Compassion, critical thinking, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
