Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse – Labour Room to provide high-quality nursing care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, clinically competent, and experienced in handling normal and high-risk deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs during labor and delivery
• Assist doctors during normal and complicated deliveries
• Prepare and maintain the labour room, equipment, and sterile instruments
• Provide antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal nursing care
• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed
• Maintain accurate nursing and patient records
• Educate mothers and families on postnatal care and newborn care
• Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed
• Respond effectively to obstetric emergencies

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
• Valid Nursing Council Registration(Kerala Prefered)
• Experience in Labour Room or Maternity Ward preferred
• Knowledge of fetal monitoring, CTG, and emergency obstetric care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
