Staff Nurse – Job Description / RequirementPosition: Staff Nurse Department: Nursing Reporting To: Nursing In-charge / Medical Superintedent **1. Key Responsibilities

• Patients ki day-to-day nursing care provide karna.
• Doctor ke directions ke according treatment aur medications dena.
• Vitals (BP, Pulse, Temp, SPO₂) monitor karna aur record maintain rakhna.
• Patient assessment, care planning aur documentation maintain karna.
• Emergency situation me immediate care provide karna.
• Ward, ICU, OT, Emergency ya assigned department me smooth workflow maintain karna.
• Infection control practices (hand hygiene, PPE use, sterilization rules).
• Patient aur attendants ko counseling aur education dena.
• Nursing procedures jese IV cannulation, catheterization, dressing, injections, nebulization wagaira sahi tarah se perform karna.
• Shift handover proper documentation ke saath karna.

**2. Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
• INC / State Nursing Council registration mandatory

**3. Experience

• Fresher / 1–3 years experience in ward, ICU, OT, Emergency preferred
• (As per hospital requirement )

**4. Skills Required

• Good clinical knowledge & nursing skills
• Patient care attitude
• Good communication and teamwork
• Ability to handle emergencies
• Basic computer knowledge (EMR documentation preferred)

**5. Salary Range

• Rs.8000/--Rs.11000/-

**6. Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night)
• Weekly off as per roster

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
