Job Description:

As a Senior Staff Nurse you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. You will be responsible for supervising and guiding the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Clinical Leadership:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, assisting them in delivering exceptional patient care.

- Oversee patient assessments, create care plans, and evaluate patient progress.

- Ensure adherence to best clinical practices and compliance with healthcare regulations.

2. Patient Care:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

3. Education and Training:

- Conduct training and orientation for new nursing staff.

- Keep abreast of the latest healthcare trends, and share knowledge with the team.

- Encourage continuous professional development among the staff.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation compliance.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining high standards of care.

5. Communication:

- Effectively communicate with patients and their families, providing information, support, and guidance.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and therapists, to coordinate patient care.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc), GNM or equivalent.

- Maharashtra state nursing license.

- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare setting.

- Advanced clinical skills and knowledge.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

- BLS and ACLS certifications.

- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
