Staff Nurse

Foresight Eye Clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our eye care team. The nurse will assist doctors in OPD, procedures, and patient care while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist ophthalmologists during OPD and minor procedures
• Prepare patients for eye examinations and surgeries
• Administer eye drops and medications as prescribed
• Maintain patient records and documentation
• Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols
• Counsel patients regarding pre- and post-procedure care
• Monitor patient vitals and overall comfort
• Coordinate with doctors and support staff for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria

• GNM / ANM / BSc Nursing qualification
• Experience in eye hospital or OT preferred (freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of ophthalmic procedures
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a clinical environment
