Staff Nurse

Urgent Requirement for Staff Nurse for a reputed Ortho Hospital in Salem. She should have an experience of 3 years to 10 years as a staff Nurse. Should provide safe, high-quality nursing care to orthopedic patients in accordance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and physician orders. Should deliver Utmost Patient Care.

Salary is not a constraint for the Right Candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to orthopedic and post-operative patients.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and manage pain and wound care.
• Assist with orthopedic procedures, mobility support, and rehabilitation care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license/registration.

Skills:

• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
