Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care, supports patient recovery, and collaborates with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality nursing services. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress and response to treatment.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on patient care strategies.
• Patient Education:
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Promote health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Professional Development:
• Stay current with nursing best practices and advancements in healthcare.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable.
• Licensure:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].
• Experience:
• Previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

• This position requires standing for extended periods, as well as lifting and moving patients when necessary.
• May involve exposure to hazardous materials and infectious diseases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
