Male Staff Nurse

Provide Medical Care:

Render first aid and emergency treatment to employees for injuries or illnesses occurring at the workplace.

Assist the Factory Medical Officer in diagnosis and treatment.

Maintain Health Records:

Keep updated records of medical check-ups, illness/injury reports, and medicine stock registers.

Ensure documentation as per statutory requirements (Factories Act and Rules).

Conduct Health Surveillance:

Support in pre-employment, periodic, and annual health check-ups.

Monitor employees exposed to hazardous substances or processes.

Emergency Response:

Attend to all medical emergencies, coordinate ambulance services, and ensure safe transfer of patients.

Participate in mock drills and maintain emergency medical readiness.

Health Awareness and Education:

Conduct training on first aid, hygiene, and occupational health.

Promote wellness programs and preventive health initiatives.

Coordination and Reporting:

Coordinate with the HR, Safety, and EHS departments on occupational health matters.

Report all workplace injuries and illnesses promptly to the Factory Medical Officer.

Housekeeping and Maintenance:

Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the Occupational Health Centre (OHC).

Check and maintain all medical equipment and supplies regularly.

Confidentiality and Professional Ethics:

Maintain confidentiality of all employee health data.

Follow ethical practices and standard medical protocols.
