Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Staff Nurse to join our team at Anderson Diagnostics and Labs. This is an on-site role located in Chennai. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for patient care, managing clinical procedures, assisting physicians, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The role also involves preparing patients for diagnostic tests and providing post-diagnostic consultation support when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of clinical care practices and nursing procedures
• Expertise in patient communication, empathy, and counseling skills
• Ability to assist in diagnostic processes, manage patient records, and adhere to safety protocols
• Proficiency in handling medical equipment and familiarity with diagnostic environments
• Registered Nursing qualification (B.Sc or Diploma in Nursing) with a valid license
• Previous experience in diagnostic centers, hospitals, or similar healthcare settings is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills
