Staff Nurse in Wards, ER, & ICU provides direct patient care, from general monitoring in wards to rapid assessment and stabilization in the ER, and advanced life support for critical patients in the ICU, involving medication administration, documentation, patient/family education, equipment operation (ventilators, monitors), and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for diverse patient needs
