Core Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Taking patient histories, performing physical exams, and monitoring vital signs (pulse, temperature, and blood pressure).
• Care Planning & Implementation: Developing and delivering individualized care plans, including administering medications, treatments, and wound care.
• Collaboration: Working with physicians, therapists, and other staff to coordinate care and make treatment decisions.
• Patient Education: Informing patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventative care.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, often using electronic health records (EHR).
• Emotional Support: Providing comfort, guidance, and support to patients and their relatives during stressful times.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
