Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting doctors in medical procedures, monitoring patient health, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The role requires compassion, clinical skills, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Monitor vital signs and record patient medical history

Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors

Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures

Maintain accurate nursing and medical records

Observe patient condition and report changes to doctors immediately

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care

Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control in the ward

Educate patients and their families about health care and treatment plans

Handle medical equipment and ensure proper functioning

Respond to medical emergencies promptly

Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification

Valid Nursing Council Registration

Freshers or experienced candidates may apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
