Staff Nurse

Ward Staff Nurse provides direct patient care, administers medications, monitors vital signs, assists doctors in procedures, maintains detailed records, educates patients/families, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure patient comfort, safety, and recovery on a hospital ward, handling tasks from admission to discharge and responding to emergencies. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assessing patients, developing care plans, providing direct care, assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, and ensuring comfort.
• Medication & Treatment: Administering prescribed medications, performing wound care, managing dressings, and assisting with procedures like IVs or catheterization.
• Monitoring & Documentation: Recording vital signs, observing changes in condition, documenting all interventions, and maintaining accurate patient charts.
• Collaboration: Working with doctors, therapists, and other staff; participating in multidisciplinary rounds; and communicating effectively with the team.
• Patient & Family Education: Explaining conditions, treatment plans, and post-hospital care to patients and their families.
• Ward Management: Managing admissions, discharges, transfers, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment.
• Emergency Response: Promptly responding to emergencies and assisting in life-saving situations.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,238.37 per month
