Job Summary:

As a Staff Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including nursing assessments, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement individualized care plans for patients

- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses, injuries, or health conditions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving treatment as needed

Requirements:

- BSc Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) degree

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

- Minimum 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team

Pay: ₹168,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
