Staff Nurse

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
• Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing notes
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and post-care instructions
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving care when required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical nursing practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
