Staff Nurse

· Responsible to provides comprehensive care to assigned patients and responsible for patient delight.

· Responsible for maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

· Responsible to wear the stipulated uniform while on duty. Report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.

· Consult and coordinate with care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.

· Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s condition.

· Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.

· Direct and supervise less junior nurses, or supervise a particular unit on one shift.

· Observe and visit patients to ensure that proper nursing care is provided.

· Manages the preparation of rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained.

· Manage the infection control programs, advising and consulting with specified personnel about necessary precautions.

· Responsible for the upkeep and safety of Inventory management.

· Responsible for the overall patient satisfaction,

· Responsible to ensure that while preparing the pharmacy requisition, check the medicines already available with the patients so as to avoid duplication and excess supplies.

· Coordinate & communicate with clinical Secretarial staff in the Floor/working area.

· Responsible to ensure that dead patients must be given prompt death care according to their believes and religion.

Any duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,121.26 per month
