Staff Nurse

Role & Responsibilities:

• Effectively interface with patients, attendants, physicians, and other service users to deliver quality nursing care
• Participate actively in patient care programs with compassion and responsiveness
• Perform patient assessment, rounds, execution of doctors’ orders, and proper documentation
• Follow medical procedures, charting, reporting, and record management accurately and on time
• Ensure accurate and timely medication administration to improve nursing quality standards
• Follow infection control policies and biomedical waste management guidelines
• Comply with service quality processes, environmental & occupational policies
• Adhere strictly to patient safety policies
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care
• Ensure timely indenting and proper stock management
• Be well-groomed, punctual, and follow hospital policies
• Ability to handle high patient volume in a large hospital setup
• Maintain a comfortable and professional working relationship with physicians

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / DGNM
• Good communication & patient-handling skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Hospital experience preferred
