Job Title: Nurse
Salary Range: 35,000 -45,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Experience Required: 3 to 8 years

Position Overview

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical & Nursing Care

• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to patients.
• Assist doctors during OPD consultations, minor procedures, and surgical interventions.
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure timely documentation in patient records.

2. Operation Theatre Support

• Assist in ophthalmic OT procedures
• Ensure OT preparedness, instrument sterilization, and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Follow hospital SOPs strictly in OT and ward areas.

3. Patient Safety & Education

• Educate patients and attendants about treatment plans, medications, and post-surgical care.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
• Identify and report any adverse events or patient concerns to the concerned authority.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation as per NABH standards.
• Follow hospital policies for medication administration, infection control, and waste management.
• Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.

5. Coordination & Teamwork

• Coordinate effectively with doctors, OT staff, front office, and support teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
