Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure safe clinical practices, support patient recovery, and work collaboratively with doctors and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients

Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment progress

Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient medical records

Assist doctors during clinical procedures, rounds, and emergencies

Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital care protocols

Educate and support patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery

Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective and continuous patient care

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing

Tamil Nadu Nurses & Midwives Council (TNNMC) Registration is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Good communication and patient-care skills

Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations

Professional attitude with strong ethical standards
