Staff Nurse

Job Summary

Dhyan Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care. The Staff Nurse will support doctors, ensure quality clinical services, and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to admitted and outpatient cases
• Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and report abnormalities promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist physicians during procedures, rounds, and emergencies

Clinical & Safety Duties

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Follow infection control, safety, and hospital protocols strictly
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment and patient areas
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care as required

Patient Education & Support

• Educate patients and attendants on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and emotional support

Teamwork & Administration

• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments
• Participate in shift handovers and ward rounds
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the assigned area
• Adhere to duty schedules, hospital policies, and ethical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
