Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will assist in fertility treatments, patient care, and clinical procedures while ensuring the highest standards of safety, empathy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing fertility and gynecological treatments
• Assist doctors during IVF, IUI, embryo transfer, and minor OT procedures
• Monitor patient vitals and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients on medications, injections, and post-procedure care
• Maintain OT sterility and infection control protocols
• Coordinate with lab and administrative teams for smooth patient flow
• Handle patient counseling support and follow-ups

Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing / GNM qualification
• Valid nursing registration
• 1–3 years of clinical experience (IVF or OB-GYN experience preferred)
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fertility/IVF center
• Knowledge of hormone injection protocols
• OT assistance experience
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach
