Staff Nurse

1. Position Overview

Facial Masters, Karnal’s leading aesthetic and laser clinic, is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Staff Nurse to assist in dermatology, cosmetology, and laser procedures. The candidate will support doctors during advanced skin, hair, and body treatments while ensuring strict clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and exceptional patient experience.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assistance

• Assist doctors in procedures such as:
• Hydrafacial
• Chemical peels
• Laser hair reduction
• PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)
• Anti-aging injectables (Botox & fillers)
• Prepare procedure trays, consumables, and treatment rooms as per SOP.
• Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures.
• Ensure informed consent and documentation are completed.

Patient Care & Counseling

• Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients.
• Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comfort.
• Assist in managing follow-up schedules and recovery tracking.

Infection Control & Safety

• Maintain sterilization protocols for instruments and devices.
• Ensure laser safety standards are followed.
• Dispose of biomedical waste as per government regulations.
• Maintain emergency tray and assist in basic life support if required.

Operational Duties

• Maintain treatment records and update EMR systems.
• Monitor inventory of consumables and report shortages.
• Coordinate with front desk and consultants for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain hygiene and presentation standards of clinic rooms.

3. Qualifications & Eligibility

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
• Haryana Nursing Council Registration (Valid)
• Minimum 1–3 years experience (Aesthetic/Dermatology clinic preferred)
• Basic knowledge of lasers and cosmetology procedures (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
