Staff Nurse

• Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families
• Patient care: Providing direct care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and performing procedures
• Patient support: Providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
• Patient education: Teaching patients and their families about their condition, medications, and self-care skills
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to provide high-quality care
• Organization: Planning and organizing workloads to ensure the needs of patients are met
• Communication: Demonstrating good communication skills with patients, colleagues, and relatives
• Safety: Following safety precautions and using protective equipment when handling potentially dangerous materials or situations
• Supervision: Supervising junior staff and tutoring student nurses
• Inventory: Maintaining inventories and verifying items against stock registers
• Ward management: Ensuring the safe custody of ward linen, furniture, and equipment
• Public relations: Maintaining good public relations and investigating complaints

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
