Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse is responsible for assisting doctors and aesthetic practitioners in delivering safe, high-quality cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. The role focuses on patient care, procedure assistance, treatment preparation, infection control, and post-procedure support while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Patient Care

• Prepare patients for aesthetic and cosmetic procedures
• Assist doctors during treatments such as lasers, injectables, PRP, chemical peels, body contouring, and skin therapies
• Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and patient education

Procedure & Equipment Support

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure availability of required consumables
• Operate aesthetic devices (lasers, RF, HIFU, etc.) as trained and authorized
• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines

Infection Control & Safety

• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards
• Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste
• Comply with clinic SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and safety norms

Documentation & Records

• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, consent forms, and nursing charts
• Assist with inventory tracking of medical supplies and consumables
• Report adverse events or complications promptly

Patient Experience & Coordination

• Ensure patient comfort and emotional support throughout the treatment journey
• Coordinate with front office and clinical staff for smooth patient flow
• Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid Nursing Council registration
• 1–3 years of clinical experience (experience in aesthetic/dermatology clinics preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, plastic surgery, or wellness clinics
• Training or certification in aesthetic procedures and laser treatments
• Familiarity with aesthetic equipment and protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
