Staff Nurse

Position : Staff nurse / senior staff nurse

Location: Iswarya Hospital - OMR
Duty: Shift-based / Rotational shifts

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Valid Nursing Council Registration( Mandatory)
• Freshers / Experienced can apply ( upto 10 years exp)

Roles:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physician’s orders and hospital protocols
• Monitor, assess, and record patient condition, vital signs, and progress regularly
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments safely and accurately
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records
• Ensure patient safety, hygiene, infection control, and comfort at all times
• Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff for effective patient care
• Handle medical equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance
• Follow hospital policies, ethical standards, and nursing guidelines
• Attend duty shifts as per roster and respond promptly to emergencies
