About the Role:

Kefi Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in home settings as per care plans.
• Administer medications, perform wound dressing, IV infusions, injections, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and clinical progress.
• Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication, nutrition, hygiene, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and reports.
• Follow infection control practices and respond promptly to medical emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• License: Valid registration with Tamil Nadu Nursing Council (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical or home healthcare experience preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle medical equipment confidently.
• Professional, empathetic, and adaptable to different home environments.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel within Chennai.
• Availability for rotational day and night shifts.
