Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist doctors in treatment, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records.
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and health management.
• Maintain hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols within the ward/clinic.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure proper usage.
• Support in emergency situations and perform first aid when necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid Nursing Council Registration (State/National).
• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse (preferred, but freshers can also apply).
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
