Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with ICU / Neuro ICU experience to work in our Rehabilitation Centre. The role involves providing critical and ongoing nursing care to patients recovering from neurological conditions, trauma, and long-term illnesses, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients admitted in ICU/Neuro ICU within the rehabilitation setup.
• Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and overall patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors and therapists during medical procedures and rehabilitation interventions.
• Handle and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
• Educate patients and caregivers about ongoing care and rehabilitation needs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, physiotherapists, and therapists.
• Respond efficiently to emergencies and critical situations,

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in ICU or Neuro ICU nursing
• Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills
• Empathetic, patient-centered approach
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: GNM or B.Sc Nursing
• Experience: 1–2 years in ICU / Neuro ICU
• Valid Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
