• Monitoring: Observing and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and reporting changes.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate, detailed patient records and reports.
• Collaboration: Working with doctors and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Safety: Adhering to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring patient safety.
