Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our family clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, assist doctors during consultations, and ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining clinic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with clinic protocols
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical history
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and vaccinations as prescribed
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in treatment areas
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-treatment care
• Handle patient documentation and update medical records accurately
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Manage medical equipment and ensure proper sterilization
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, and other departments when required
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid Nursing Council registration
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in shifts and as part of a healthcare team
• Knowledge of basic computer operations is an added advantage
