Job Title: Ophthalmology – Staff Nurse (Ward)

Role Summary:
The Staff Nurse (Ophthalmology Ward) is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients admitted for ophthalmic treatment and procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ophthalmology ward patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical condition, and report changes promptly.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and ward rounds.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure infection control practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
• Experience in ophthalmology or hospital ward nursing preferred.
• Good communication, observation, and patient-care skills.
