Staff Nurse

1. Student Health Care

• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
• Assess and manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies)
• Develop and implement Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs)
• Monitor students with ongoing medical needs

2. Health Screenings

• Conduct vision, hearing, scoliosis, and other state-required screenings
• Track immunization compliance and maintain records
• Notify parents of screening results and follow-up needs

3. Emergency Preparedness

• Respond to medical emergencies (seizures, allergic reactions, injuries)
• Develop emergency response plans
• Train staff in CPR, first aid, and use of AEDs

4. Health Education

• Educate students on hygiene, nutrition, mental health, and disease prevention
• Support health-related classroom instruction
• Promote wellness programs

5. Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate with parents/guardians about health concerns
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Making lesson plans: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
