Staff Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Staff Nurse will assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (GNM / BSc Nursing)
• Previous clinical experience (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• INC Registration Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
