Staff Nurse

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our wellness clinic team. The role focuses on preventive care, health monitoring, patient education, and supporting lifestyle-based treatment programs rather than acute hospital nursing.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in clinical procedures, wellness screening, and patient counselling, with an interest in holistic health management.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Support

• Record and monitor vital signs, BMI, and basic health parameters.
• Assist doctors and physiotherapists during consultations and procedures.
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as:
• Blood sample collection (phlebotomy)
• Dressing and wound care (minor)
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.

Preventive Health & Wellness Services

• Support health check-up programs and screening camps.
• Educate patients on:
• Lifestyle modifications
• Medication adherence
• Preventive healthcare practices
• Assist in chronic disease management programs (diabetes, hypertension, obesity).

Patient Care Coordination

• Prepare patients for consultations, therapy sessions, and diagnostics.
• Provide follow-up instructions and wellness program guidance.
• Maintain patient comfort and ensure a positive clinic experience.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of treatments and procedures.
• Follow clinic protocols, NABH (if applicable), and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
• 1–3 years of experience (clinic / wellness / OPD preferred).
• Strong skills in:
• Phlebotomy and vitals monitoring
• Patient counselling and education
• Basic clinical procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Efficiency in clinic workflow support.
• Follow-up compliance of patients in wellness programs.
