Staff nurse

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse based in Madurai. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting medical procedures. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients and their families, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols and standards.

Qualifications

GNM / B.Sc Nursing (mandatory)

• Follow a septic techniques and infection prevention protocols
• Adhere to NABH / hospital policies and protocols.
• Operate and monitor cardiac monitors, defibrillators, ventilators, syringe/infusion pumps.
• Assist during cardioversion, defibrillation, temporary pacing, intubation, and CPR.
• Ensure proper care of arterial lines, central lines, pacemakers, and chest drains.
