Staff Nurse
We have an exciting opportunity for a part time staff nurse to join our female acute ward at Mill View Hospital!
Palmeira Ward is a 13 bedded female acute mental health ward. We work with individuals who are aged 18+ and we are located within Mill View Hospital in Hove.
We have opportunities for Staff Nurses, both newly qualified, and for those with experience who are looking to further their professional development, and are looking for a new challenge. For Newly Qualified Nurses, our Preceptorship Academy will help to give you the very best start in your transition from Student to Registered Nurse.
Our shared values within the team at Mill View are important to us, we are one hospital, not individual areas and wards that work in isolation. We look after each other and support each other when it’s needed, particularly during the hard times. Your voice and your concerns are important to the leadership team and we encourage you to talk about areas of concern and empower you to implement positive changes.

Working within a supportive clinically led team, you will have the opportunity to really work in partnership with patients - engaging, supporting and developing a relationship which really enables the recovery process.
