Staff Nurse ANM/GNM

Job Summary

​This is a training position designed to provide clinical experience for nursing graduates. The goal of this role is to gain practical training in patient care and medical procedures under the supervision of senior nurses.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Patient Care: Provide basic care to patients under the guidance of senior nursing staff.

​Vital Signs: Monitor and accurately record patients' blood pressure, pulse, and temperature at scheduled intervals.

​Assistance: Assist doctors and senior nurses during examinations and other medical procedures.

​Documentation: Maintain precise nursing records regarding patient health information and administered medications.

​Communication: Communicate politely and clearly with patients and their bystanders.

​Qualifications:

​Education: Must have completed ANM/ GNM.

​Registration: Kerala Nursing Council (KNMC) registration is mandatory (or a provisional certificate).

​Skills: Eagerness to learn, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team.

​Experience: Freshers/Exp are welcome to apply.

​Additional Information:

​Must be willing to work in shifts.

​A training certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the training period
