Staff Nurse - Avadi Clinic

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment and Care:Conducting physical examinations, assessing patient needs, and developing and implementing care plans.
• Medication Administration:Safely administering medications, including injections, oral medications, and intravenous infusions.
• Patient Monitoring:Regularly monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) and reporting any changes to the physician.
• Wound Care:Providing wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for infection.
• Patient Education:Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care practices.
• Medical Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatments, and progress.
• Collaboration:Working closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Emergency Response:Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care until a physician arrives.
• Maintaining a Safe Environment:Ensuring the clinic environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) License: Must be a licensed RN with a degree or diploma in nursing.
• Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills, including physical assessment, medication administration, wound care, and emergency response.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Empathy and Compassion: Ability to provide compassionate and supportive care to patients.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess situations, identify problems, and develop solutions.
• Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of Medical Equipment: Familiarity with medical equipment and devices commonly used in a clinic setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
