 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist ophthalmologists during eye examinations and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare patients for eye surgeries (cataract, glaucoma, LASIK, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer prescribed eye drops and medications
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor patient vital signs before and after procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain sterilization and cleanliness of OT (Operation Theatre)
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate patients about eye care and post-surgery instructions
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain patient records and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle ophthalmic equipment carefully
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualification
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 GNM / B.Sc Nursing
 </li>
 <li>
 Registered under Gujarat Nursing Councel (Mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in ophthalmology (preferred but not mandatory)
 
 
 </li>
